COTS receives William C. Habig Collaborative Achievement Award
On May 4, 2010, the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) presented the Central Ohio Trauma System (COTS) with the William C. Habig Collaborative Achievement Award. The presentation took place at MORPC's State of the Region Luncheon. The award is in recognition of COTS' work in addressing barriers to trauma, emergency, and disaster care in twenty Central Ohio counties by convening stakeholders "who do not typically work together to problem solve issues." COTS sincerely thanks all those who made this award possible, and thanks stakeholders who work collaboratively on initiatives that reduce injuries and save lives in Central Ohio.
