COTS Organizational Structure

 

 

The Central Ohio Trauma System (COTS) is a voluntary, cooperative, self-regulatory organization and maintains a 501(c)(3) Internal Revenue status for charitable, educational and scientific intent.

The COTS Board of Trustees is comprised of health care experts from hospitals and emergency medical services (EMS) providers serving Franklin County and other Central Ohio counties; physicians from the Columbus Medical Association (CMA); and representatives from local government health agencies.

COTS is also an affiliate organization of the Columbus Medical Association.
