Healthy Innovations Forum

The Columbus Medical Association Foundation, in conjunction with the other members of the Community Health Funders Collaborative (Osteopathic Health Foundations, The Columbus Foundation, and United Way of Central Ohio), invite you to attend the Healthy Innovations Forum on Thursday, January 27, 2011 from 9:00am – 11:00am.  At the forum the collaborative will announce a new opportunity to recognize the best ideas and innovations that advance health and wellness and reduce barriers to accessing healthy foods and opportunities for physical activity.
